The Nationwide Foundation, which is a charitable foundation, has commissioned independent research to understand the impact of changes in the private rented sector in Scotland.
The research is being undertaken over five years, 2019 to 2024 – this is the last stage of the research.
The Foundation wants share the lessons from Scotland and want to influence future agendas on the private rented sector reform across the UK.
