Dr Regina Serpa

Associate, Indigo House

Regina Serpa is a housing researcher and an RTPI chartered planner based in Edinburgh. She has been an Associate of Indigo House since 2016. Previously, Regina practiced for several years as a homelessness service provider in the US and in Scotland, and since 2011 has taught on the postgraduate Housing Studies programme at the University of Stirling. Regina obtained her Doctorate (PhD) degree in Urban Studies in 2019 from Heriot-Watt University; and has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Housing Studies in 2011 with distinction from the University of Stirling and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) degree in 2009 with distinction from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
